CRM implementation is a hugely important stage to get right once the chosen CRM system has been decided.
When you choose SeeLogic to oversee the successful implementation of your CRM solution you can rest in the absolute assurance that all our projects are under-pinned by well-established and robust project management methodologies. These methodologies include Prince 2, SureStep and Six Sigma.
Key steps to successful CRM implementation include:
The formation of the Requirements Blueprint Document. The document is created by the detailed scoping and recording of project requirements. This step follows from and builds on the information captured in the Needs Analysis process. It defines detail such as reports and training requirements; the project team and their specified roles and responsibilities.
The Requirements Blueprint is then authorised by the client and work on the project commences.
SeeLogic will configure your CRM system in line with the development requirements detailed in your Requirements Blueprint Document including data migration and system interfaces.
SeeLogic will begin the Installation of your CRM system with the creation of both test and production environments to ensure accuracy.
SeeLogic will conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing; once you are happy with this, and only then, the project can be signed off.
The comprehensive SeeLogic training phase follows which ensures both users and administrators are confident using the system.
Your system is ‘handed over’ to you for ‘go-live’.
SeeLogic does not cut and run at this stage – on-going expert technical support follows the completion of the project as you begin to use the system.
