Control Channel Deployment and Management

Channel Management function enables you to decide and configure your stores as you set up your retail experience.  This will enable each store to have its own payment method, delivery methods, price groups, income and expense accounts, registers and staff. These means each store can operate at a national or local level.

Manage Store Inventory

Dynamics 365 for Retail will give your the power to manage store inventory in several ways. If retail warehouse is included in purchase order header, the order can be received using Modern POS or Cloud POS. Transfer orders can be specified in such a way so that particular store is a location that items can be shipped from. Stock counts can be scheduled or unscheduled based on a list of predefined items.  Product quantity can be viewed in the Inventory Lookup page and is available for multiple stores and warehouses. future available to promise (ATP) quantities be viewed for each individual store.
