Overview
Seelogic is a Buckinghamshire based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultancy specialising in providing customers with robust software products & Professional Services to improve Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Due to rapid growth, Seelogic are now looking for the right person to join our sales and marketing team as Telesales Executive.  You will be using your ability to contact prospects by telephone and identify opportunities for Seelogic’s products and services.  This position will be a fantastic foundation for anyone wanting to start a career in IT and software sales.

The Role

  • Outbound Telephone work
  • Phoning companies to clarify key decision maker’s contact details and updating these details in our CRM System
  • Follow-up Direct Marketing activities with a phone call to establish level of interest
  • Send appropriate follow-up information where requested
  • Schedule appointments with prospects
  • Record the outcome of conversations and schedule activities for yourself or colleagues as a result of the conversation you have had using a Customer database system

Level of skill

  • Skilled talker and sales person!  We’re looking for someone who can confidently follow-up marketing activity to explain the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Some knowledge of computers and software
  • Organised, ability to prioritise daily tasks
  • Resilient and driven to succeed

Training

  • Training will be given on our products and services and well as all systems used in the role

Advantageous experience

  • Telephone based sales
  • Experience in business
  • Experience of the business buying process

Responsibility and Authority

  • The role will be responsible for generating demand for Seelogic’s products and creating meeting appointments with prospects
  • Authority to set appointments and speak directly with prospects and give indicative costings on products and services

Role progression
The successful candidate can expect to be in a field based sales position within 18 to 24 months.
