Sage CRM version 7.1 now comes with Twitter!

With Sage CRM you can manage your twitter account from within your CRM system. Tweet from CRM and view your account timeline, reply to tweets and carry out searches of the twittersphere.

You can also capture twitter usernames against a company or contact record and view their tweets alone, carry out further searches and even save tweets to the notes section of Sage CRM for further action.

Authorised users can also tweet from the Campaign area of Sage CRM.
