Aylesbury College, which is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, offers a broad range of educational and vocational opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Services range from traditional FE subjects, apprenticeship schemes and HE courses to helping students become work-ready by learning real work and life skills.
We educate students in a range of vocational studies, including Creative Arts, Health and Social Care, Hair and Beauty, Hospitality and Catering, Construction, Business and IT in addition to wide range of A-Levels and GCSE in its Sixth Form Centre.
The main challenge was to provide a solution to manage the initial process of student and employer enquiries across the college ensuring that Aylesbury College capture every opportunity which in turn, gives them a greater understanding of prospects, both current and past.
Aylesbury College required a way of managing the student application process from the initial enquiry to prospective meetings and finally to enrolment. Also, there was no way of capitalising on the colleges alumni contacts to provide further college opportunities or investment.
Providing a central system where all communications could be stored was a key requirement for us to ensure all appropriate information was available within a single view.
